Trade Paperback of Dead White Available!

At long last, Dead White has gone from electrons to paper.

I approved the proofs last week for a trade paperback version. Currently it's available at Amazon. In about six weeks, they say, it should be available for ordering through most bookstores.

What's trade paperback? It is a larger (6x9) format than the mass market paperbacks you find on racks at the grocery store. It allowed me to get more text into fewer pages, as I tend to write long. The paper is also of higher quality so hopefully it will last longer too!

Electrons are the future; paper is the past. I like to straddle time. I hope you enjoy whichever version best suits you.

You can thank Glendon Haddix of Streetlight Graphics for the cover. He got right away what I wanted. Hope you enjoy the book!

They did a fantastic job. I just started the book last night and am hooked. Very well written and atmospheric. Where is your facebook and twitter page?

Glad you are enjoying the book, Tracy. Hope it keeps you turning pages to the end. I don't have a twitter or author Facebook page. What with working full-time and being a slow writer, I have a hard enough time keeping up with my website! And I'd guess my readers would prefer I spend my spare time working on the next book in the series. ;-)

I get that. I work full-time too and I'm also a slow writer.

Get crackin' on the next one! :)

Take care!

Tracy, sorry for the late reply. I've been plotting murder. ;-)

Ah, another tortoise. Nice to know I'm not the only one who can't pop out words like Mexican jumping beans on a hot plate. Are you the author of the Leah Ryan mysteries?

Guilty as charged. I have a four year old and I work full-time so I do understand the time contraint thing. I'm not rich and famous yet *snort*

I'm also a slow reader for the same reason, but I'm really enjoying Dead White. I read before bed and I'm shot by that time, but I get some reading done before I'm sucking in the drapes. I look forward to the next one.

And I'm looking forward to having the next one done! I don't have a four-year-old to blame my slowness on either. ;-)

Plotting murder is my fave pastimes ;)

Faster is not necessarily better, right? We'll get 'er done when we get 'er done. I'm self-pubbing from now on so that makes it much betta. Are you familiar with Joe Konrath's blog? I love that blog.

I follow several blogs, including Konrath, Rusch, and Dean Wesley Smith. I probably spend too much time reading them!
